Why support apartment keep repeating the same answer?

GM is like Robot or human. They are just copy and paste the answer like a robot. Anytime that we submit ticket got the same answer if your acc banned and they give you a reason and leave it there. You asked them for proof they just stop answering you and being “monkey robot”.

It doesn't work like in court, where they have to show proof that you have done something. Here it is the accused that have to show proof of his/her innocence. They wont ban you without proof, but they are not obliged to show it to the one that gets banned, they did the exact same thing 10 years ago, so it is not a new policy.

They ban my friend for no reason,after 2 days on discord ,Kanadian investigate ,and say that they made a mistake and they unban him and gives him 5 crates? it makes me rofl,so trust me ,they make errors all the time,alot of people getting ban whit no reason,they just dont care about it.
Try to speak whit GM on discord ,for better reviews.

Whether you ask for an investigation into a ban on discord or through tickets (Which is the proper way to do it, since account issues need to be dealt with via the support system) will not yield a different result.

If you're getting the same answer after multiple attempts, it's the answer you're supposed to get.
