im mistakenly banned on z8 official site

my main account, in-game name N.B.Killer, z8 account id -REMOVED- was mistakenly banned for hacking, then a few hours later, when they realized they screwed up, they unbanned me. ive been playing without problems for a few days. The problem is, I cant buy ZPs. the z8games website apparently still have my account status as banned, and cant buy ZPs. the only thing I can do is send support tickets, but the costumer support wont actually do their job and help me, they just keep sending the same copy and paste that tells me "oh sorry youre perma-banned", even though I am unbanned and have been playing fine in game. (I know its stupid to still pay money to this company despite how bad they are and how bad they are treating me, but I want that ak47-steampunk.)

the video is proof that I am no longer banned, I can login just fine, whereas when I was "banned", the moment after I entered my password the game would tell me I am permanently blocked, and wont let me do anything besides closing the problem.

in the video I logged in to channel just fine, I even alt tabbed to show that in the customer support, they still tell me that I am perma-banned and wont do anything to help my situation regarding the z8 website.

please someone help my problem get noticed and let the staffs that works at z8games website know. I cant buy zp right now

Is it the forum (banned for flame) or the website in general?
