Knives only (No other melee weapon)

I used to love playing Knife only in Crossfire back in the day before they introduced other melee weapons such as the axe etc.
Would there ever be a chance to do a knife only but have the option of no other melee weapons, so everyone just uses the knife?

You mean using the normal knife? I don't think that's possible.
