Cant login duo to new Terms of Use

Hello,
I got this problem over a year now but i got a break of crossfire. I dont care in this one about my grammar cuz i try to write this the 5th time-

This Account is an old one from crossfire eu which i transfered. Since i wanted to login the first time after the transfer in wont let me login and says i have to read the new terms of use (2018) which i allready did sooo many times....

I only can say to this bug, that it comes the whole time. It may comes from the transfer the time ago. In the Pictures you can see that i opened the sites it says to me and that it comes the whole time. I hope you can fix it because its an old account from me with some inventory and much time and money got into this..

In crossfire(picture) 1 and 2 you see i want to login and the bug. In crossfire 3 (picture 3) you see i clicked the links. In crossfire 4 and 5 you can see, that instantly after i pressed ok and wanted to login again, it says my id is allready logged in. If i press ok then the message comes again.. (maybe i putted the pictures into links) I cant upload the links so i have to put the imgur link in here...

I suggest you send a ticket to support, so they can help you. I also had a problem with that "Already logged in popup", but it disappeared after the last update. Didn't get the "read the new terms" though.

i allready did, but they said that they dont knoßw that issue, im working on it with them (if you can say it like that xd) but i wanted to try it here, mby someone knows this. and it is not the "allready logged in" issue. its just a fact btw what happens. the main issue is that "new terms of use" thing..
