Lagging servers

every game i start there's a lag there, and players are lagging, i join a ranked game and some window came out and there was inside of it " Disconnected from server" someone logged in your account and then they game crashed and i couldn't back to ranked game.
other games my ping is like 70-90 and its good for me but now, i can't get the 100, keep rising up non stop.
how to fix this !
