They were a Drop from the Weekly Drops,but since you got only the Same Crate Drops and had to spend zp, for some Temporary stuff,and a whole Region abused the ZP Purchasing Methods to Abuse the Trade System it got shut down, and now all have to Wait until something new system will get out and were able to get that Blueprint parts
