Adjust rankeds

Im really boring thanks to rankeds, cuz when Im playing on Eu servers rankeds and Im from EU, my ping is about 20-30, but some players playing rankeds from NA or idk from where on eu servers and they have 120/150+ ping, which isnt fair for us from EU.
So my suggestion is adjust rankeds with some ping limit in game, like is something https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pieUcTS667s ( super host )
