Change E-Mail ISSUE

Hello,
I hope some GM's read that or any Mod,
I try'd every month to change my E-Mail to an correct E-Mail that still work and not randomly tippt E-Mail, to safe my Account.
The Problem is that my Account is from 2011, and I was 10 Years old, I tipped a random E-Mail, example "qwefwqwdq@blabla.com" and the email doesn't even exist ^^

I have no data to fill these "*" points. I was 10 years old, it's been more than 10 years.

And if I wrote to the Support I became always the same Answer back, fill all the requirments, HOW SHOULD I do it when I dont know any data!
Or Unfortunately, our department cannot assist you with your request. Please resubmit a new ticket! -.-

The Support Ticket does not help me and give me always the same Answer, and that's annoying! -.-

I cant write to the Support Ticket when I dont know any Requirment Data, that I have fill in 2011 randomly .....



Please any Mod or any GM I want to change my E-Mail to my current real and exist Email

It most be possible to safe my Account -.-


Im so exhausted and frustrated that no one can help me with this Issue-.-

    I still get the same response.
    even if I provide them with correct infos.
    I think this service is done by a Bot

  • When you create your account back then ( and now also ) you need to check a box that you agree with terms of use - not reading those terms ( where it say you consent to provide accurate informations) and providing random informations that you forgot or lost - this is only on your side of responsability (this part is also written on terms of use).

    Therefore support center can't tell for sure if you are the original account holder when you can't provide all required informations ( is same situation if an account is accessed by another person: he can't provide any of those information, will have only ID and password, and maybe last transaction ID if decide to charge some ZP ... )

    Not to mention 10 year ago, if i remember right, there was also a box to check you are at least 13 years old ...

    Finally providing wrong information when you create your account - is also a reason for smilegate to block the account just for that, ( is also written on terms you was agree with that providing wrong informations can block the account ).

    There are not any others data to provide since smilegate don't store any others data about accounts (and ID transactions alone are not enough )

    Right now your only last chance is to strongly guard your account ID and password - because if you lost or forgot those - there is no way you can recover-it back.

    And I pay everyday in this Game so they can see its my Account, I can send all the Transactions from Paypal.
    Its only me, and my IP is always the same and my real name is how my ID called, I can send my identification card to show that's me my name.
    Its so frusträted its my Account, but how should I know data's that are completly random tippet

  • I can understand your point of view - but since z8 don't previously stored your ID card or other details you can provide right now (is not possible anyway to store other personal data) - they can't say for sure is the same person, even is the same IP and all other details match - the service is based on those terms ( good or bad ) and z8 have also internal policy they need to follow step by step, that's the agreement between company and end users (players).

    I cant understand why the GM's are not reacting to my problem.
