Is anyone else having problems after the update?

The game seem really unstable. Keep getting different DC's and errors, among them "Your Id Has already been logged, would you like to login again?", which I know isn't the case (it's an old error doing a comeback).

The Daily VIP doesn't show up in storage.

EU delta seem to not be working and Charlie is buggy.



Tried to do a single-player run on the new ZM-ranked. Is doable for those who want to try, got dc'd at the end of stage 5/6 though.

Yes I keep on disconnecting on various NA servers and cant complete any game

I have no chance to choose any channel because I get an error after klick any server (NA, EU, MENTA). Terrible... unplayable. Im so angry about me, that I spend money for the new VIPs -.-

here is the same, it disconnects from the server every time I try to enter. I have played several rankeds and when it gave me an error and I re-entered the game it told me as if I had lost it. I have also won one and they have taken 20 points from me as if I had disconnected. Every time GMs fix something, 100 more glitches appear. They should hire people who know how to do their job better. GG Z8

This game is run by probably the most incompetent bunch of non IT people ever. Every other update there is some situation like this going on. Not only it takes forever to patch the game but after you are having even more issue. In all honesty, if you cannot do your job well, I would advise to resign and let someone else with more skill to do it. GG Z8

In most rooms and ranks my pings are as high as 150+ others are 130 + ping. Only a few times did it return to normal 50 + ping. I am an eu user, please fix the game so that I can use it normally. I didn't buy VIPs to experience a terrible gaming experience like 150 + ping. Please work gms:(

I had also problem today.. But now at the evening it's good again.

I have had this problem for about a week now...turned off my pc firewall and it worked again. Now a week later, I CONSTANTLY get this 3025_4 error and cannot play. Void rift connects then right as the match starts the error pops up. WHAT IS THE SOLUTION??

This thread is 3 months old and It got fixed when they patched the game shortly afterwards. You could try searching through the support section of the forum and see if any of the fixes there works for you. Otherwise send a ticket to support, so they at least know of the problem.
