false ban

Hi i'm wondering if there is a way i can personally contact an admin/gm because i've been wrongfully banned for hacking. Ive sent multiple tickets and I just get the same copy/paste response. I've never cheated and randomly get a perm ban with no way to talk with someone to resolve it. I've spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on this game so you can see why i would be upset about this. thanks for any help
