Account recovery after 6+ years lol

I used to play crossfire a long time ago! more than 6 years+ and now I want to join back the community!

I literally can't remember anything of my account information and it seems like everything is changed. I kept looking in the photos of my old 3gs iPhone lol and I found a picture I took which z8games support sends to us when we create an account! and it has all the first info.

Can I send this to a GM and help me recover my account?

Yeah, I already tried to submit a ticket but it seems like they are now asking for the current account information not the ones used to create the account.

I did attach them a picture. Is that fine and they would look into it ?
