That they are not answering, might be that they are low on staff with the Corona-Outbreak and quarantines. I would guess that your account is banned if it says your account can't be recovered. It's usually the reason for that message.JackPain (Sweden)

Usually you get this message if your account is banned or the email you are using isn't registered to any account. -

I know that the account is not banned because this guy still play on it.
And the email is registered on this account, so I don't know if the system is buggy and don't accept the German mail... -

As far as I know, the only e-mail service they have problems with is YahooJackPain (Sweden) -

i totally agree that i'm lucky...but also I had all the information from account ...the most important thing is that you have the first email and activation link that they sent to you, also know when the account was created... 80% of players do not have access to this information or do not know it -
The Support is the biggest joke I ever see..

They can't help you if you don't have the correct information as they mentioned in ticket reply so provide them with correct info and they will definitely help you -

As you look here, Yahoo does not respond. You must send a reminder of all your account data to be able to transfer email from Yahoo to gmail.
Do you understand what I mean now -
i have no problems with my yahoo... i think they only have a problem with new created accounts
No, and also with old accounts. You have experienced this problem personally. You are lucky to have crossed through without problems
