Missing ZM Jewels after February patch

Did anyone else not convert their tradable jewel pairs (2pcs item) into jewels (1pcs item) after the trade market removal was announced and end up missing the jewels after the February patch?
I pretty much got my jewels removed ^{thats what s(he) said}(about 15-20 pairs) after the February patch with only 1 pair left in my inventory that I cant convert back now.
After submitting numerous tickets I got told that they did not remove any jewels from my inventory.
I find it unlikely for me to be the only one to have that happen so I'm opening this thread in order to see if somebody else experienced the same issue?

I, pretty much , think its ur fault u gott them removed, because u had stored them in pairs like u would want to sell them, and they were considered trade market items.They said in announcement about trade market removal, that any trade market items unused will be removed.U should of stored them as usual jewels and would not loose any of them.Sorry but i think u wont get them back.

This happen cuz u put the jewel pairs in Trade system to sell them. But after Trade removed if u keep them as a pair without buy key to use them. Then they are gone.

Yeah might be, must have been that I foolishly expected for them to convert it to usable items like the rest of the stuff.
Yeah, I think I wont get them back but its pretty bs as it took me about 15 hours to collect them.. If i was to work anywhere else for a minimal wage I'd get at least $150 for my time.

I didn't experience this here because at the time i didn't have any jewels or maybe i was still a Sargent but I also play in a different version and this did not happen there. Some jewels was on active sale and it returned to my storage.

You missed the opportunity to keep them, man. a said Winnetou + ahmad mentioned it was a problem before the trading system

Forgot to mention. It got fixed with the last update. All of the jewel sets were still there, but they only showed as 1 unit for some reason. After the update they all got converted to single jewels and added to my inventory.
