I don't buy more ZP.

Hi, yesterday I bought 61K+ ZP with Boku Mobil Payment. I wanted to buy more ZP but the system did not allow it. It says "you have reached your spending limit". It continues to give the same error today.

I live in Turkey.

When can I make a repeat purchase?

I found out that the situation was related to a deal between my mobile operator and Boku. The purchase of the Republic of Turkey for Bok limited to 100 Turkish Liras per month.

u can contact the mobile company to check their policy regarding the recharge options or send a support ticket to Z8

Hello again, I made all the calls with my mobile operator, mobile payment company and Z8games support team.

The problem is with mobile payment company. I think they allow to get 40K ZP once a month.

I had to shop with an E-PIN. If there are those who experience the same situation, get the information. They can receive 40K ZP once a month at most.

The best purchase process come on via paypal I do not personally charge the phone unless I want a small amount such as 5k

I'm in the same situation right now they need to raise the limit of mobile payment. I live in Turkey. other payment methods are very expensive. I got the credit, but I can't get zp. Hear our voice z8games!

Maybe you can just get another mobile number and deposit with that one?

The max limit is 100 try in boku. Z8 cant do anything about that. Now you can buy 20+10k zp with 100 try. The Price was changed because of Turkish garbage economy. 1 dollar is almost 7 try.

Each country may have its own restrictions. Maybe a similar situation is not only in Turkey.

Yeap maybe. BOKU may apply different limits for different countries. I don't know but it is like that for Turkey -_-

In fact, many countries have limits. This is all due to legislation and tax policy as well. After all, a company that provides its services in another country must still adhere to the rules established in that country.
