Firstly I created an account from 4 or 5 years I played many times on this account and from 1 or 2 years I got banned
I didn't know how I get banned at that time so I talk to support they replay you used a type of hack so you got banned permanently
but I didn't use it ,on the other hand I report who are cheated.
Then I know there is someone got access to my account he maybe used a hack I don't know until now .
so I talked to support they reply with same reply .
I got angry so I tried to talk to any of the GM's but nothing happens.
I tried to open my account from a month ,they have removed my account and all things at that account I have lost .
I have archived many things things and spend too many time on it and they easly delete my all efforts.

I got ban for no reason crossfire won’t explain why I got ban I been playing this game for so long since 2009 I invested 6k-7k dollars on this game and spent a lot of time on my account I never been ban before I just got ban yesterday and z8games or the GMs won’t be explain to me why I got ban please help me someone if I have to I’ll sue the game for banning an account like mine it’s Marshall and I have 35 vips..

They probably won't explain why and you can't sue them for banning your account. When you open up an account and play, you automatically agree to terms and services to be able to play. If you have agreed (which you have done, as you have played at least once) you have given away any legal rights you would have against the company.

The only thing you can do, is to ask nicely for them to explain why you have been banned. They can choose to answer or not. If they chose to say nothing, you can do nothing about it, except start a new account.
You should know that you can get banned now if you play in a password protected room with a cheater and don't report him/her. They made it so, so players can't take advantage of having another account or a friend that cheats in the room with you.

Botting/hacking/scripting is perma-bannable.

AND you will find one more line: z8 can't be forced to reveil, or to explain the reasons for the actions taked against any account - that means support center won't give you exact details when, how and why the account get banned - the reason behind this is simple: if players who use cheats will know when, why and how they get banned - next time will better avoid detection and continue to cheat the game ... so that's why support center can't give you more details, because is not allowed to do that.

if someone got access to my account without my permeation what is my guilt .
