Unfortunately, we don't have any information on how CF Russia does their stuff, as they are a different version and different publisher.

Why don't you already give out the new vvip's to the people who ordered them before 11 march? and just let the presale page open untill 18 march? i don't see the problem here.
If you tell people on 3 march they will get their stuff on the 11the then you shouldn't change that , just keep the presale / pre-order open and give people their items that they bought already ,because people are spending a lot of money and you give them false promises or hopes even tho you could fix it in a simple way.

Because they can't? Why is it so bad and such an inconvenience to have to wait a little longer for a VIP weapon on a game? I'm pretty sure if you order anything online right now that comes from an area quarantined by a government over this virus that you'll have to wait longer to get it as well. Even if your shipping says within X amount of days it'll probably end up being at least a little longer. It's like telling the shipping company why can't they still just deliver the product you ordered from a wholesaler when the manufacturer hasn't even been able to release it yet due to complications from something outside of their control.
But seriously they can't give people the VIPs as they aren't added into the game yet. So we have to get the update. The Devs can't update due to issues that the Covid-19 Corona Virus has brought forth be it members of their team being sick or their area just in quarantine and they can't go to the office. The Devs are not the GMs btw. It takes members of the Dev team and teams from Z8 to organize getting the update and installing it and verifying various things. This puts it out of Z8's hands if the Devs say they can't do the 11th and have to postpone to hopefully the 18th.
This isn't about extending the pre-sale time this delay is about real life situations outside of the game that are effecting the game.

No, we wouldn't have extended it in the first place if not for the circumstances surrounding the virus. Further extensions are not needed.
