Banned in ranked matches for no reason

Hello

I got banned temporarily from playing ranked for no reason, it says detected as a hack tool user despite never having used any hack on my account. I also never queued with hackers and rarely play ranked matches in the first place, so is this some kind of joke? is this how game management is saying to its legit players to leave the game by randomly banning them?

Try re log by closing the game and launching it again, should disappear, happened me before, its a bug.

I tried doing so and you were right the message disappeared and I can now normally play again, thanks for the relief and much appreciated

What the f*** is this?
We should do nothing except f***** leave, this game has always had bugs,how old are the programmers of this game, like seriously? Or does GMs and they not report to the developers or something? I really am curious.

EDIT:
But yeah - I do like the idea of the game except shots not always counting and being buggy, and no, I am not new to the game.

This is a bug I saw with some players, it seems that, as Por Biejin said, it is true to close the game and open it again
