Ranked games

Came back recently and noticed the game has gone from bad to worse. I constanlty get disconnected and screen freeze in ranked games only, there is no issue with normal matches.
On another note, if i report player through in-game report system in ranked, do they get permanent banned or just banned from playing ranked matches? although the amount of hackers have gone down significantly, its still a problem in ranked matches. hopefully, you will increase the rank required to play ranked matches to at least captian or so.
and another, without fixing such issues you keep bringing new VIP gears and really expect sensible players to buy this stuff? and it's always the same weapons but different skins. KEKW

As far as I know, they will ban you from the game, not just ranked.
They expect that people will buy the VIP even if it's almost just a reskin, because 7/10 VIP buying players don't care about that, they just buy it anyway. If they did a poll among players, which the most wanted weapons to be made VIP, would be: "AK-47, M4, AWM and Barret". I would like to see another SMG and Shotgun besides the Thompson and AA12 and maybe a G3 or some less seen rifle as a VIP. But that will never happen as long as people are afraid to try something else.

If they got perm banned you will got in game messages.
I report 5 players who really used cheat and they got perm banned.
