Titanium Beast Set Effect?

Question, in order to have the set effect of character border, kill marks, and gloves, etc. Would I need to purchase the whole set? Or just having 1 main weapon equipped would be enough, for example, equipped barrett, cop, knife, and nades. Or will I also need that m4?

You will need to have the whole set in your bags in order to set the effects, similarly to how you do with Armored Beast set.

Yes. Equip the M4 in one bag, Barrett in another bag, and the COP and Kukri as well. It doesn't matter what bags they're in. The grenades don't count towards the set, but the collection will require owning them.

Here is what I found in CF Wiki:

"Exclusive Killmark, Border and Character's HUD (when paired with COP 357 Derringer-Transformers 2 and Kukri-Transformers 2)."

Not sure about the gloves effect.

So from my CF China experience, you can have the rest of the vips equipped and either have the M4A1 or the Barrett as primary to get the loading screen border and gloves.

Char hud is the Glove effect border is the loading screen and killmark is well the killmark.

Galaxy, I bought everything. But look at the picture under the gun and knife, there is nothing about exp ... I doubt that it will also be exp
