2 Missing ribbons

Hello there!
I have 2 missing ribbons - I completed them when I was still playing Crossfire Europe.
Them being:
ZP Soldier - I have bought once about 80k ZP, then RP in CF EU.
Surver Says - I have completed a few stupid surveys, and SOMEHOW managed to gets 47 ZP, I mean RP.
Please tell me that counts and that somehow you can check and find evidence that proves what I am saying.

just try to contact support with ticket

You'll have to earn those ribbons here, they don't carry from CFEU to CF West.
