Why don't you already give out the new vvip's to the people who ordered them before 11 march? and just let the presale page open untill 18 march? i don't see the problem here.
If you tell people on 3 march they will get their stuff on the 11the then you shouldn't change that , just keep the presale / pre-order open and give people their items that they bought already ,because people are spending a lot of money and you give them false promises or hopes even tho you could fix it in a simple way. -

Because the weapons aren't in the game files when the pre-order starts, they need to update the game (at the end of the pre-order) but they couldn't do it on 11th, so 18th it is.
