Hack tool detected in ranked

So i went to play ranked for the first time on Tuesday. i played 7 games then on the 8th match i get hack tool detected. So i logged out and back in everything is fine no other issue. I looked today and I have lost my honorable soldier ribbon.

For the Hack Tool message, if you relog from the game that message will dissapear. Now the honorable soldier issue, you should really send a ticket for that. No idea how that could happen.

Everything happened to me the same way it did to you EXCEPT I just checked - I still have my Honorable Soldier ribbon , thanks God!
