I just wanted to know if anyone was in the middle of getting this ribbon and then suddenly they can't run this game because their patcher stops at step 3.

Send a ticket to support with a picture of your problem. Go play in Internet cafes so that you don't lose the ribbon
and wait for answer from support

I appreciate your help but theirs literally no point in continuing because I already missed one day because of this problem, even though I got 300 kills and I sent a ticket this morning about it.
