Queria saber por que eu fui banido das partidas ranqueadas??

It's probably best if you type/talk in English.
However, the reason you were banned from ranked matches you'll have to send in a ticket asking for. Though the typical reason is queuing with hackers again and again on purpose. Like not just joining a match and they're on your team but purposely joining with them as part of your invited friends. There's possibly some other reasons for people getting ranked banned but I believe that's the most common.

EDIT: also there's a bug going around that tells people they're banned for like 3600+ days but just relog and it should fix it.
