My Ticket?

My ticket hasn't been responded to in more than 24 HR, can I please get some help?

    Adminstration doesnt Work on Weekend you have to wait until Monday-Tuesday until you get a Respond Depending on how much Tickets got send in over the Weekend

  • So hold up....you posted this thread on the 22nd Saturday at 4:21 PM EST in which you said your ticket hasnt been answered in 24 hours. Now assuming that 24 hours was exact/correct....that means you sent the ticket in at the VERY end of their work day on Friday. As we all know....GMs don't work Saturday and Sunday's. And it's also very likely their ticket queue wasn't empty when you sent yours in. In fact it's very likely they had/have quite a few that were sent in before yours and they answer them in the order they come in....

    THEN....you come back 3 days later....3 days....saying it's been a week....last i checked a week is 7 days....this gross time miscalculation also puts into question if you really sent it 24 hours before the post was made or if you actually sent it sometime after office hours.

    At the end of the day be patient. It's possible that if they've already seen your ticket they are looking into it and haven't responded as it's possibly a more unique situation that hasn't been logged yet and thus requires some more time and don't want to just return to you with nothing. Though at the same time don't expect a ticket that goes like "Oh Rejects23232 what you need to do is blah blah blah...." the reply you will get will sound rehearsed and even bot like because it's an official support system. Not sure what your ticket was about but if it was well written and explained the issue/whatever then the information you get back will generally tell you what you need unless there's just no answer to it yet.

    Sit back relax. Crossfire is just a game. No need to expect life or death out of it. If they don't answer you by Thursday at 3pm EST then i'd say try again. But gotta be calm.

    You asked for help and i told you one simple information, that they dont work on the Weekend, and i told you already it depends even on how much Tickets pent-up. and if you call it Already Almost a Week
    when there are 3 Days Left until its a Week. But if you cant show Thanks when Players are Trying to help since WERE NOT Adminstration, and cant say much more to it, i wont respond or try to help you so easy its for me

    Btw, I submitted the claim 2/19/20 at 3:30pm it's been over a week
