Getting temporary ranked banns for hack tool usage while not using such programms

Down below you can read my support ticket asking for explanation. I am posting this here because I like to know if there are other people with the same bug/problem.

Please write only constructive answers and not stuff like "ooooomg get out ******king hacker you are trash"

I am pretty sure that I am not the first writing you regarding this topic and I am also not very confident to get my bann liftet. Anyways I want to clarify first that my bann (it says for using a hack tool) is a bug or a terrible mistake since i am not using such programms + am the only person with the log in information of my account. I am recording my gameplay and am sure that I can remove any doubts.

I am playing this game since 2009. Sometimes more and sometimes less active. My peak was 2013 when i played the WCG Finals or Germany in China. I have no reason or need to use any hacks in ranked games neither do I tolerate such programs.

Coming back to topic I was very happy with the ingame report system. The amount of hackers decreased a lot and ranked was playable again. Though getting accused a lot for hacking (which you probably know is normal at a certain skill level) I never guessed that you could get a temporaly bann by simply playing the game.

I am writing to you because I am not the only one who got banned. The last two days two other (i call it professional) player got banned in ranked for "hack tool usage" though I can say for 99% that they do not use those programs.

I only see two reasons behind this.
1. After a certain amount of reports you get auto banned.
2. Someone actually mistaked all these persons as a hack tool user when he reviewed the replays.

Since I can still play the game and scrims I do not mind to much about this issue but I have to adress it. I am pretty sure that this will happen again to me (after the bann is lifted) and to a lot of other professional players.
Therefore it is clearly a pug and a problem. It does make playing ranked for good players impossible since they might get a bann kinda quick.

I would highly appreciate a official response to this topic and hope for a quick solution.

You didn't need to write a big text for something they put out by mistake The message you get will probably be shown randomly, and just relogging/restarting CF will make the message away. The message was something they released by mistake and wasn't supposed to be shown to us for now.

Your account will not be affected by those messages in any way. The message is not meant for how many times you were reported. The message will not affect your rank or anything else. Don't worry about it, just relog/restart CF and you'll be playing ranked normally.
