Well, when someone insult u , dont insult him back, just make screenshots and report him after game.Also bann for insults is not permanent for first time, u get a break for a few days and, maybe learn a good lesson.

You should never repay back insult with insult. That always goes in the wrong way and starts a war. Always take the insults (no matter how severe is it), take a full screenshot of the chat, and report it yourself so they get the ban and you don't. This way, you're the person who's correct and who insulted you isn't.

always block whisper and if someone insults you, just block chat for him in room
