Support team is giving automated responses
Hello,
I have a problem with the support team they are sending sending me an automated responses and they are not even reading the messages in the tickets. Imagine closing 3 tickets just 1 minute after sending!!They are racing the time to close the tickets.
The problem is my account stolen from long time ago and they are refusing to help me recovering it. They are just sending their automated response "It appears that your request is in regard to an account that has been permanently blocked for violating our Terms of Service. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with any assistance in regard to this account.".
I believe that no one should get punished for something he didn't have control over it.
Imagine it, you get hacked and also you get the punishment by not getting the required assistance.
We should but an end to this automated responses, the support team should be more cooperative and they should consider the circumstances.
If any one has the same issue like me write and support this topic.

Even if support did help you, you wouldn't even be able to play.

Why would you care an account that was stolen long time ago and finally get banned? You can just create a new one long time ago.

Proof o theft is not the problem. They have the change log of email, password and maybe location and they also have tickets sent after the theft before getting banned. -
This is exactly the problem with today staff (mods and gm's),they ignore everything possible,they don't give a dam about it game problems and not answer any thing,especially the "official" things like this thread and some others I just had read....they can't really ignore everything official and then "step in from their cave" when someone "bump a thread' or "go off -topic" quoting their forum rules, and after that to wonder when they get hate threads(not everyone are a "discord" member or wherever they are hiding at,and they should be active here on forums just the same as there)

They don't take it into consideration, they never have. My first account got taken over a long time ago. I wasn't actually security-conscious back then (at least not like I am now), so I probably had a Key-Logger on the computer or something, so it was kind of my own fault.
The answer I got back then, was that it doesn't matter who got my account banned. If I was careless enough to get hacked, it was my own fault and they would never un-ban an account that was banned. They said that I had the option of creating a new account if I wanted to. It made stop playing CF for years.JackPain (Sweden) -
this is the newest approach of GM's. Because Z8 is too stupid to implement an anti cheat program, all players reported for hack are now banned. This is easier and is supposed to calm down
the hacking situation. I play since 2009 KDR 1,4 and got perm. banned for no reason. A moderator wrote to me that Z8 is currently going the wrong way. And if you want to discuss with a GM, you won't get an answer.
