Support team is giving automated responses
Hello,
I have a problem with the support team they are sending sending me an automated responses and they are not even reading the messages in the tickets. Imagine closing 3 tickets just 1 minute after sending!!They are racing the time to close the tickets.
The problem is my account stolen from long time ago and they are refusing to help me recovering it. They are just sending their automated response "It appears that your request is in regard to an account that has been permanently blocked for violating our Terms of Service. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with any assistance in regard to this account.".
I believe that no one should get punished for something he didn't have control over it.
Imagine it, you get hacked and also you get the punishment by not getting the required assistance.
We should but an end to this automated responses, the support team should be more cooperative and they should consider the circumstances.

this is the newest approach of GM's. Because Z8 is too stupid to implement an anti cheat program, all players reported for hack are now banned. This is easier and is supposed to calm down
the hacking situation. I play since 2009 KDR 1,4 and got perm. banned for no reason. A moderator wrote to me that Z8 is currently going the wrong way. And if you want to discuss with a GM, you won't get an answer.
