achievements bug or just Unfinished achievement?

hey there.
i don't know this is bug or just Unfinished achievement?
i have problem with sheep achievement.
every time when i completed game my achievement is rising.
but it happens over and over again.
and my achievement is not doen yet, however i stole thousands of sheeps and completed many of games.

so interesting:
1) this is Unfinished achievement?
2) and what does it means on picture? (i guess if this is Unfinished achievement, so is it sign of this?)

Those ribbon on the right means you can complete the achievement as many times you want. You'll keep getting the reward after you complete/finish it.

The ribbon actually means that the achievement is completed.

If I remember correctly, the same happens with the Coin Modes achievements.

edit: actually nevermind. all my completed achievements lost their ribbons....
