How to get the M4a1 Laser?

I know you can get it On titan Citadel, What difficulty do you have to play on and is Titan Citadel Easier than Elemental Temple? Also, What weapon should I use Since I don't have an M4a1-Laser?

You can get it on 2 maps:

In Elemental Temple, you need to be lucky for you to get it on the Colossus Box. It's very hard to win it though.

In Titan Citadel, there is 2 ways, 1 is to get SS rank in the last boss and be lucky to win it. Other is to beat the map 34 times in Nightmare mode and get 102 pieces for the M4A1-S Laser and disenchant it for a permanent version.
