I am not sure,if where was M14,maybe in ZP/EP capsules
But Rugger Mini-14 is in gp shop

As a player from NA/UK all I know about the mentioned weapons is;

M14 was originally a 7 day reward back in 2015 for a Back to School event (this weapon may of been in the shop of a crate from either EU or ES versions and brought over here from the merge)

M1A1 Carbine was a ZP crate back in CF NA/UK before the merge and was removed from the black market a couple of years ago

M1A1 Carbine MIGHT be rereleased into the web mall for EP or maybe given as crate rewards from events. Unless that happens, there is no current way to obtain this weapon. The M14, I haven't seen since 2015. There is a possibility it could be released in the future but just like the Carbine, there is no current way of obtaining this weapon

I actually really miss weapons such as M1A1 Carbine in the ZP Black Market. Sadly in CF Europe we never had that weapon, and it's probably one of the only single shot weapons in CF that uses some skill.

As for the M14EBR, it was a ZP weapon, or an RP weapon in CF Europe, but they removed it for being unpopular.
