Questions about the migration from Eu to West

Hi everyone.
I just redownloaded CF after a while and I did the migration thing from eu to west. I created a new acc after I pressed migration as the info said. Now I just logged in and I have a completely new acc and not the weapons and stuff I had on my previous one. Its been 3 hours since I did the migration.
Should I wait longer? Did I lose everything? What's going on.
Any info will be appreciated.

Did you logged in with the information that you insered when you were migrating? If yes, send a support ticket under the Department "Migration from Gamerage" and select the Migration Issues "Missing weapons or items".

In the description, explain you lost everything. With all this info, all the account items will be restored.
