Known Issues: Clan Leader removal and missing Clan points

Attention Mercenaries,

Some of you reported issues after the latest game content patch where clan leaders get removed unintentionally from their clans when taking any Clan actions without being replaced by another clan member, and some reported that you have lost clan contribution points.

Today we are addressing the first issue to prevent more clan leaders from being unintentionally removed. For this, we will be having a short clan server maintenance at 11 am EST.

We are working to resolve the second issue and will update this post as more information becomes available.

We want to thank everyone for your reports and your patience, and apologies for the scare and inconvenience!

I tried to give my clan to another player from 25/01/2020 and 7 days has passed but the clan is still on me..... is that a bug?

You have to confirm that you want to give leader to someone else after the 7 days are passed

It's not only clan leaders, I was Lieutenant of a clan and I was also kicked out.

But are you gonna fix this problem so old leaders can be back in clan, or only prevent new errors?

i was L.T OF my clan and kiked out i was 11k point and now 0 this bug destory me i spent 50k zp for get points and now 0 points no justic in game that is not fair hakers get top rank 1 bann and 1 milion still play haking GM sorry to say that but game going to be dead

Crossfire Team !!! Thanks for resolving this issue . I got my clan back and i got my staff back. All weapons, crates and clan points remain intact. Cannot thank you enough.

What's going on with this?

There was a maintenance yesterday,and lots of people seems to still have this issue and are still remain out of their clans.

OK so what i did to get my clan back was to send a ticket to support explaining the situation. I got a reply back to say they are aware of the problem and working to resolve the issue. That is exactly what they did. So all good for me and my missing staff. Our clan is now back to normal.
I just want to send out a message to other clan leaders who have this same problem with being no longer part of their clan.
DO NOT try to reapply to your clan as that will NOT work. I have friends who are leaders in other clans who are still locked out because they reapplied. They have lost all their permanent weapons in doing this.
The best thing to do is DO NOTHING except send a message to support and let them take care of it for you.
Good Luck to any other leaders out there in getting back your clan. I know it feels like a nightmare situation when you feel you have lost all you worked for with your clan.
I hope you do not have to wait too long to get back on top.
