hi when i tried to migration my account from eu to west i get this error invalid access token i sent support tick to west and eu but eu doesn't respond to me and west telling me i should contact eu support I don't know what to do

Well if they said to contact CF Europe support, you should contact. Last time I had the Invalid Token issue, that meant that my account was not created in CF Europe.
