New Ingame report system is here - discussion

So when we finally got Ingame report system, after years of begging, I'm curious how will it work?
10 reports daily, per player, that means atleast thousand reports every day.
Most of them will be false reports, because we know how old is majority of this game, and they cry about every headshot.
Who is going to check all that reports? I assume u will check only people with atleast 10-15 reports on himself, but that is going probably happen to every average and above player in cf.
All in all, it is really interesting to see some change in game, but I don't think this will have any bigger affect on cheaters.

I feel similarly. The amount of false reports will be ridiculous. I've resorted to streaming my game play as a way to prove I don't hack... the same people come into every pub and vote me instantly... just because I'm a lower rank (smurf)

Also who will review all these reports? I doubt there's enough staff for this system...

Having it ingame is way better, but indeed number allowed or punishment for false report need to be fitting.
That rank could be farmed quickly so id rather bind it on acc age: like 1 + one per half year.

ingame report is a feature that should have existed since 2011 at least , it's way too late for them to implement it now since most people are used to save and send tickets or live report on discord server

Well I personally believe It is the fear of unknown that keep people in place all around the world. They made this move to threat high ranked hackers so they stop hacking from fear of getting banned instantly as this new report system may be better than the old reporting system. Everyone knows that the high ranked players usually use wall hack and they don't care about reporting but the new reporting may shake their confidence and they stop hacking.

For the rest of the hackers, it is not any different than before as they don't have anything to lose. They keep on coming back with their new accounts as account registration is too easy. They should add the requirement of phone number for registration so players don't hack without care. Lastly, as a 11 year old player I believe that they should focus on improving anticheat as it is the first and foremost line of defence against hackers.

BTW I don't know why they haven't add option to report anti a.f.k bots may be they are not against them.

I totally agree with olpers, at least the will think twice to cheat again, this should reduce a lot of the hack festival every weekend.
As for the in game report system, I believe its a two way situation where the reporter can be also penalized for every false report, this way we should be careful to use this feature effectively.
I also agree with neko, the feature should have been added since day 1 of the game.

As long as they punish false reporters with permabanns it might work. + Now that it exists, maybe the people always complaining here, will stop complaining about the same stuff every day. (I am probably being really overoptimistic about that, but still). Maybe it will make the average maturity/intelligence rise after a while, it's been steady at the same as a 3 year old for some time now.

honestly with this crap community outside, who permanent kik vote Players for fun or other stupid reasons i guess the ingame report System will be closed soon cause tousands of fun/false Reports per day,

in the future, when you Play snd and being ace, you dont get kikvoted anymore. no, you will get reported via ingame System....

Honestly I don't Think you will be banned but I do think if a Z8 staff see someone reporting only Aces with the ingame I think they might ban the reporter for abusing and wasting thier time.

It's a "report" button not a"ban" button which means that the report will still be reviewed by staff.

In my opinion all these ppl who are scared of this in game reports are somehow cheating. You will have to play legitimately I think.

It works!

I logged on today after Reporting 2 Hackers yesterday late at night, and recieved Messages stating that both were Banned.

Finally, It seems like things may be turning around for CF!
