0xe019101a error on Shadow system

Hey all,

I have bought a Shadow system last week, shadow is a system where you can stream your PC, located in a datacenter, to your house.
The only problem is that I get an 0xe019101a error now I´m using that system. Anyone can help me with that?

I get the same, using a virtual machine (only for being online when i am at work, not playing). Did they patch anything?

Might be the problem yeah, the point is that I'm not even using a virtual machine but my PC is located somewhere and the only thing I do is streaming the desktop to my PC.
