It's either a cheater or a farmer. And since you can just exploit stuff like farming as I mentioned, you should never classify a player as the best in the game by looking at headshot and KDR.

How can a 0 years of service player can be considered the best in game? Also this account only shows farming/cheating skills from its stats, cant be considered as a player with serious skills at all.
