Finally got a Gatling Wildshot to drop, but...

... the game white screened and CTD'ed before it even managed to load the end of mission summary screen, while everyone was still in the map with the Titan lying dead in his pit. I re-logged, and of course, there's no Gatling Wildshot in my inventory. I didn't even think to snap a pic, and if the game actually caught the gun dropping, obviously it would be in my inventory. This has happened before in other ZM maps, though there it's just a loss of plain old reward crates.

Should I even bother sending in a ticket or am I screwed? That would've been my 113th clear on Nightmare, and with how hard it is to find a room without cheaters, let alone competent players, the thought of grinding out another 100+ runs just to risk it happening again... ugh.

You should try to send a ticket and mention which time and day you got the item but you didn't receive. This is probably one of those "one in a million chance" that this happens, and sadly this is the bad part.
