Darkfiro's SnD Tip and tricks

I'm Aware Some of you know how to play SnD but usually I see bad plays around which in turn cause Epic moment like a 1 v 7 where the 1 wins in both ways.

First off the Basics, GR are Defenders and BL are Attackers, usually GR starting position is always close to B Site and can get to A site quicker than BL and set up ambush points against BL.
By Default GR always wins in case of time out (no time left) unless there C4

Next There are 3 play styles that both teams can play as the name of the role differ based on the team but usually act the same.

GR roles
1.Roamer- Roams around the map Killing any BL they see or tries too alot of players usually play like this.
2.Ambusher- Stay around a Area to kill any BL that enter thier killzone usually Sniper user play like this
3.Defender- Generally guards a location and generally prevent enemies from accessing their location. Ambusher fall into this role but Roamer may also become this role upon seeing the C4 on the ground.

BL Roles
1. Leader (Carrier) - The C4 carrier usually has the ability to order the team around since they decide where the win condition is planted but most player ignore them unless your doing clan game or higher rank play.
2. Flanker - This role is kinda like the reverse ambusher except you don't camp you look for weakpoint in the enemies defense line and ambush them while they are focus on the combat area (Usually in the middle of map)
3. Roamer- Roams around the map killing GR.

When C4 is planted Role tend to change since BL is now the defender and Gr is Now the Attacker and BL Now wins when the Timer end with a Loud Boom.

Groggy SnD Tips

-Do not Revive Teammate in Open Combat it a easy way to get killed
-As a Groggy player try to get into cover since you will be alot easier to revive than someone being in the middle open.
-Do Not Target Groggy enemies when your in a Danger zone (I will explain what a Danger zone is later on)
-Do kill Groggy enemies if they impede you with your secondary or melee not your primary. I seen players waste a whole mag on me with their primary only for them to die seconds later.

Danger Zone
What is a Danger zone? A Danger zone is what I call a area where your not safe and should be out of there Asap the longer you stay the more likely you will die.
Where are the Danger zone? Danger zone aren't fix point they change based on the current situation.
Can you give a example? Yes.
Behind enemy lines if you go down (Groggy) here you will die your a safe kill
When your alone in which case the whole map is a Danger zone.
But I want to confirm the kill so my K/D can be higher? It will be higher if you focus on the objective sure you might lose kill here and there but your also wasting time. Time is important if your BL or GR (less so as GR)

The best trick to deal with Groggy enemies when alone is shoot them once with your Pistol and move on unless your planting the C4 it better to kill the surrounding groggy enemies since they can't Report the C4 location (radio report).
As Gr it better to do the reverse and down all the enemies guard the c4 and defuse it in front of them they will die afterward.

  • Those are some good advices for someone starting FPS genre. I have to say a few points on your tips & tricks.

In public matches, there is literally no rules. There's 3 "metas" that players adopt as BL in Eagle Eye:

    - The rushers with OP weapons
    - The mid campers like in Eagle Eye
    - The base campers, waiting for GR to hard push

    As for GR:

    - Rushers through mid who know they'll kill or die instantly, Rushing A to base which they always lose or rushing B where they are killed by a sniper
    - Campers behind the blue doors mid and wait until the inavitable rush happen
    - Snipers in both A and B side to cover rushers.

For other maps, it's all over the place still, because most people only play Eagle Eye as S&D :P

As for BL if you let GR hard Rush you lose I've never Seen BL win since BL spawn area is more Open Then GR starting Area.
As for GR Like I said GR usual Spawn points are always near B and A site is around the corner but generally GR will always have better positioning in those Sites and if your not rushing a Site with a melee your doing it wrong.

I fall into the "The rushers With OP Weapons since I usually use a Super Kriss V Ares-JHP 45 mag round Light weight (Knife speed movement) Good damage and a Fast Reload.

I usually go to A SIte in Eagle eye when BL but If i See snipers I Tend to go B Long And clear my way from there and then Flank the A site snipers they usually drop their guards by the time I get there.
  • I also rush a lot. Firstly, I am to impatient to camp. Secondly, I also use SMG's in S&D and if you do, there is no benefit to taking it slow, speed and shock are your friends. Adaptable players with an AK are your worst enemies. I only play S&D in ranked (And I suck, mostly), I prefer to rush and sacrifice myself, so my teammates can take down the enemies, while they are concentrating on you. While doing that I also try to take as many as I can with me and act as a lookout for the team.

If someone in my team complain, I still rush, but I "forget" to try to take down the enemy and to type out helpful scouting advice.
