Exchange Ronin-Sapphire Dress for Something Else?

In light of the Trade System going away, can we exchange the Ronin-Sapphire Dress for another perm Ranked Match Red weapon? You already track who was Master and Top 100 from that season and you've already done an event of exchanging the Vulcan Weapons for the 9th Anniversary Weapons. So why not allow players to do the same for an item that was supposed to be Tradable and is now useless for players who don't want to buy the character. This could also be chance for players to exchange their weapon for something else if they decide. There is no downside to this and it is possible. Please and thanks.
