if i gift zp to myself,will i get ribbon zp gift and get 40 draws for buying zp?

About ribbon yea you will get it but iam not sure about draws , may it work as you buy zp try it if you wann to get any of these current weapons if you don't wait till tomorrow when GMS back to their offices and ask them through ticket or may kanadian replys to your topic

The logic said that ( buyer ) got the draws coz no benefit refer to company from the zp gifted player .

This is an odd scenario, not sure if you will try it but it will be good to have a test and output results from Gifting ZP from one account to a different one.

Probably Jacob is right:
Case 1: Using same account and Buy ZP as a gift (you will get both things: Bingo draws and ribbon)
Case 2: Using two different accounts and Buy ZP as a Gift (both accounts get the Ribbon but only the Giver receive the draws)
