I think we will get it let me explain why last 2 years this event was in exams period in Egypt ,alot of players were busy now we are on holiday it will help for sure to get it -

We pass about 9.500.000 kills , it will come with our Spanish comrades -
i finished missions for some ribbons. When will we get these ribbons? after event ends?
As these ribbons are limited ribbons you will have to wait till the event ends as these ribbons will be disturbited manually after event period they will check players progress and give ribbons to those whom finish tasks properly -
Are you kidding me same in this ribbon was in 2018
It's literally a copy/paste from 2018's ribbon rummage.
Just look at the requirements for every ribbon. It's been copied word by word.

i killed 4k zombies but in the tracker itsnot yellow (i mean when it write that you do something and completed and write yellow color)
Don't worry about it if you complete your tasks you will get the ribbon evenif it doesn't appear in orange color
