2 cores or 1 core

Using both cores won't make it better. Crossfire uses direct3D for rendering instead of directx or opengl. Thats why it SUCKS.
Slow fps, no personalised resolutions, no multicore optimization, loss of all directx or opengl advantages.
Unless Z8games rebuilds all the game with directx8(or more) support, they will still have a lot of problems like strange artifacts, no vsync, no antialiasing, no filtering... nothing, making this game a superlow quality game.
Take a look at counterstrike 1.6. It's an old game, right, but it works fast even on low end pc's, why? Because it is optimized. Crossfire needs a complete rebuild. -
