Attention Mercenaries,
With today's update, the following changes have been made to the Trade System:
{EDIT 02/07/2020] We have removed all unopened trade boxes during the last maintenance and all unused trade keys. Those remaining trade keys that were purchased, have been refunded with the ZP used.

- Random trade boxes will no longer be dropped from gameplay
- Existing trade boxes can continue to be opened by using trade keys
- Trade System Marketplace (peer-to-peer) trading will remain disabled
- Trade System will be removed from the game
- Any unused keys that were purchased with ZP will be removed from the inventory and the ZP amount will be reimbursed
- Any unopened trade boxes will be removed from the inventory
- Any items (eg. character costume, VFX, VIP Dolls, Kill Marks, etc.) obtained from the boxes will remain in the inventory and will not be removed

Any chance of getting free keys or buying them with discount? I have 64 boxes and I dont plant to spend 32K ZP to open them all and only win temporary items. Do something fair please!
Same here . But I think no chance for low price .
trade system was good . But some players miss use it .
Not blame administers about Thier decision .

Those keys were earned, not bought.
I'm also pretty sure most people who logins daily got those keys... so imagine giving away 50000000000 ZP from keys that they gave us. -

I forgot but I'm not sure temporary items even stack so if we have to use them all at once then 50 7 day green vfx will all be 7 days not 350 -
I know why this has happened. I do not like it however. They should have fixed it, instead of just take it away.
If they can't fix the system, they should put up some alternative way for people to get the items you can only get from the Trade System.
Such things should ideally be enabled BEFORE they take away the old system.JackPain (Sweden) -

No country pays 3x the price for ZP. Everyone pays the same price for ZP. If your countries currency has a bad exchange rate to the US Dollar, then that is something we can not help. When you figure out how we can directly change the exchange rate, please let me know and I will be happy to assist your country. Until then, all countries will pay the same amount, adjusted for exchange rate in their local currency. Thanks for understanding how this works!

I guess he compares CFWest to CFES (ZP was 3 times cheaper). -

what the hell youre talking about, egypt player were able to get 100k zp for half the prize we have to pay, so we must complain about it instead of you, we could have 2 times the amount of zp we paid already, if it would be fair for everyone -

and its just ridiculous how expensive is in zp copared to he winning rates too, in order to get a save rare gun win you have to spend over 400 crates to get 1 Perm item which would by me arround 300 240 euros which is way to much for some ingame pixels, that have absolutly no worth in the real world, and even gets us messed up when the game is going to be closed then theres nothing left, so it would be just fair to finally reduce the prices for it, then even more players would cash in.
iand even create finally some customization stuff for the character permanent for GP its so silly now there 2 of each sort added the anti smoke and anti flash glasses for zp on time, and the invisible gear for zp too, now theres 3 of each sort for zp for time limited, which i find in my opinion silly at least add it for gp permanent too, like the bags for 200k gp each but that would at least be feir then and even some other customization for gp permanent like backpack etc. -
On one hand, removing options is always a bummer. On the other hand, the Trade System was pretty terrible and I'm not going to miss it. That being said, what's going to happen to all exclusive items that were supposed to be released through it? We never even had the option to get a lot of the neat weapons and decorations. Will all the chibi figurine guns never be released? Are all the Cats and Trumpets just going to be completely inaccessible now? What about buying and selling Awakening Jewels? Farming them is way too slow. I really hope there's some alternate options added to address all this stuff.

Can you guys access the trade market ingame now? I can't...
I'm wondering why you added more things to the trade market since you couldn't access it for a long time now... I really wanted to try and get those M4 Guan Yu skins but as I said... I couldn't access the market...
