I was in a Pistols only lobby today and I saw someone playing with the DX-Noble gold character, which I wasn't even aware was in CF West. any idea how or where they got it?

It was available in CF Español, and they have migrated to our version.

OH! Hopefully us West Players get it soon, It's a very cool looking skin.

We actually already got a chance to get it. It was an extra gift for pre-ordering the Raging-bull VVIP. So I don't think they will put it out for others to buy it any time soon. If we are lucky, it might come in some other specials in the future.

Edit - Sorry that was the other special skin of DX, Noble gold hasn't been released to us yet as you said.
