ranked season 10 cheaters

can you explain me how is that even possible that guys who are constantly cheating for at least few weeks are not banned yet? im literally reporting these braindead egys and they are still playing. i find it actually kinda funny because im getting banned for insulting cheaters sooner than they get banned for cheating. i hope gms can respond for this post but dont even try to write something like "send support ticket" like what the **** am i doing right now + how does this discord even work because friends who are reporting them through discord (which should work faster than through website) it doesnt change anything like they are still there

The hack report tickets are backed up more than likely, you got to remember that there are also many fake reports made each day that have to be viewed. The game is up 24/7 and the support tickets are going in 24/7, support only works monday - friday so yeah they're getting backed up. for the discord thing, i can assure you it does work but it can also take some time since the gm's cant be active on discord all the time since they have other things in the office to do

This is the worst i have ever seen in all gaming history. There must be:

a.) somehow an interest to destroy CF !
and
b.) Z8/smilegate seems to have no interest or possibility to stop this.

How many reports have been made, I haven't seen anyone banned yet. I am convinced that crossfire sells hack, so do nothing about it. Especially since there were so many seizures. If it continues like this, surely it will give a lot to this game.
