Unable to login

Hello, IGN Boo, its been a long time since ive played crossfire. I just came back today and tried to login and a notice popped out " Your account has been permanently blocked". I did nothing wrong and broken any rules. I tried to send a ticket right after i saw this notice and its been taking awhile for the ticker to go through. I've tried to send a ticket through a different account also. Same issue. Can any GM or community members help me whats going on with my account or anything? Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.

There is an server issue right now, many players who have logged in including myself have received "your account has been perm banned". I am sure they're aware of it and are working on it since the Login servers are now down.
