Banned for nothing !!!

I cant explain how i was banned, I never used hack and i own this account since 8 years, and i sped a lot of money recently in this game, and today I have the surprise to see "Your account is permanently blocked" omg,,,can someone explain how is it possible ? Even a lot of my friends and many from other countries told my they see same error

Hooooo damn I'm not the only one, tried logging in but the same happened to me and I was really scared, in a way it's good to see it happened to more people which means that something is wrong and hopefully they will fix it... just hope this doesn't affect the honorable soldier ribbon

I was just on, played 1 game of HMX.. went to log back on after I ate, and "your account has been permanently blocked" at the login screen..

Sent a ticket..... I don't know what else to do.... How else to fix besides wait?

I have arrived from work, I was going to play and it seems that I have been banned permanently without any reason. It's okay to know that I am not the only one. Maybe those egyptians took all of their servers and this is the end of this game. Who knows, but it´s a shame because a lot of people have spent a loooot of money... so sad. I hope they could fix this.

There is an server issue right now, and I believe that the GM's are aware of it. Please be patient until it is fixed.

I have a Logitech G502, its a great mouse! I play on 125Hz Polling rate, and 400DPI, and 2 Mouse Sens ingame. Your mouse has nothing to do with the issue thats happening, everyones getting the same errors

if you were banned, you wouldn't be able to login on website and post on forum using your account.

this is a bug, it will be fixed soon.

p.s. - reason for large font is so that people actually notice my post and read it.
