So... I have been playing ranked and I got banned ... never used any hacks or supported any hackers and I got banned !?
what's the point of playing the game ? Plus putting money on it to just get banned because other players are using hacks ? That's not right or fair... I sent a ticket but I doubt the take the ban out which in that case I will leave again c.f. but this time not coming back! Getting banned because of other people hacks is way too much

What was the reason for the ban and the duration?

I'm sure if you are 100% legit then when you send a ticket you will be un-banned.

am I to be guilty if some hackers join my team ?
am I to be guilty if I invite someone and then find out he is a hacker ?

so I need to play alone because I might invite the wrong person which is a hacker and then get banned ? Is that correct ? Is is worth it to play the game if that is the case ?

I will check ticket now to see but I doubt they take ban and because of that you guys can have a good year and see you on one of the competition games because that's what's going to happen to you guys once you get tired of it

they don't tell me what did I do wrong. Why is this happening ? I put money in the game I don't want to get banned because of hackers this is bs why would I ham or use hackers !?

I am really upset, I don't use hack, I don't help hackers and I don't play with them!
if I play with someone and find out that he is hacking how can I be responsible for it ? That's discrimination! The c.f. is the responsible not the players responsible about other hackers! I can spot hackers but I am not able to spot all of them and then because probably I played with someone that was hacking for sure because is the only way I can get banned why should I ? How can I know who hack and who don't? There are players I reported and they never get banned because they are good and another's they are hack. So how can I tell the difference in game ? And why I am being banned for that !?

There are many ways you could have been banned, only ones who can help is support. If your account is blocked, when you try logging into CF or the Website it should tell you the reason. Well it did, don't know if it still does since things have changed a lot recently. You could of been banned by an mistake by the anticheat system, it is very rare tho. Only way you can figure it out and possibly get unbanned if there was an error, is through support.

I don't know if you're talking about account being banned from the game, or being banned from ranked.
Ranked bans are only seasonal I believe, which can be caused by the following.
Ghosting teammates
AFKing / Trolling
Farming
Queuing with cheaters

I know i have queued with a cheater but only find out he was cheating later because the guy had 13ping and was playing really well with vip on the account and how should i know that he was hack !? Just after few games i saw he putting load of heads from nothing..checked and reported. But why do I need to be banned ? Take the points that I earned with him out but not ban for this! It makes no sense to be banned

if u got banned, theres clearly a reason for it. saying that u didnt know that the guy in ur team was cheating just sounds off. if u played this game for at least 6 months, ull be able to spot most of the cheaters right away. if u kept playing with this fishy looking player, its ur own fault and if u dont admit it, ure just lying to urself

Yeah that's correct. So why I reported someone fishy and that player did not get banned? And the other did ? They were both fishy... just 1 hacked and the other didn't...So you can't tell that obviously who hacks and who don't and what you said basically is to play a multiplayer game alone ... bc you play the wrong person and you get ban

If I'm right BarkingDOG you're ranked ban is only for this season, you should be able to play next season. Best advice is to play solo, if you do queue with people make sure you dont queue with them multiple times if you believe that they're fishy. also please dont post users names here who are fishy/banned/cheating

not very accurate to be honest ... can't point exactly why I am getting the ban which means that next time probably i will be banned again because I did not get why i was banned this time.

Playing solo is not something that I would do.. the point of playing this game is to play with someone otherwise is just boring.

As general tips: dont queue up with cheaters, dont throw them your weapon when you realize they are fishy, make sure to actually play the ranked games instead of afk or calling out team positions for the enemy etc. Can't speak to yours specifically, but those are the most common.

Well, when one gets a ranked ban for queuing with cheaters, throwing their weapon to blatant cheaters, etc, that is because we have already confirmed and banned the cheater in question. So that kind of renders your point moot.

Fine.
My question now is what are is the CF team doing regarding the cheaters ? There is any new anti-cheat coming to resolve this or trying to minimize it as much as possible ? An update from CF team regarding this would be great as I feel that CF continuing like this won't survive the next decade

This is the funniest thing i've read in years.

EDIT: Since 2009 this is the absolute worst i've ever seen the game. The servers are clearly overloaded and need maintenance and the ranked system is exploited to the point playing weekends is useless. I've seen the same blatant cheaters in ranked for weeks straight. Can we get subagames back pls
